From strangers to soulmates...

Dhiren and Shivani's love story began in 2021. A Preston based boy and a Lisbon-London hopping girl. Their paths crossed when they first briefly met through mutual friends. Eventually one of them slid into DMs (Direct Messages)... Dhiren.

Messages were shared and about time Shivani got on a plane to London, and Dhiren got in his car and 5hrs later, their direct messages became direct Hello's!

From being strangers to each other, to exchanging messages, going on dates, travelling, meeting each others friends, cousins and eventually parents in 2022. Many many mutual connections from both sides were discovered and the couple realised their spark for each other: Shi had met Dhi one!

2 years later, Dhiren beautifully proposed to Shivani in one of her bucket list destinations Seville, Spain. Lost in the world of tapas, wine and flamenco she dropped a big YES to the love of her life!

The couple held an intimate engagement ceremony in May 2024, in Preston, UK. And they are now looking forward to tying the knot in October 2025, in a wine region of Lisbon, Portugal.
